A) Brand Executive:

KRAs:

  1. Track campaign performance (sales, ROAS, engagement) and share weekly reports
  2. Monitor competition, reviews, and basic consumer feedback
  3. Support new product launches and ensure timely execution
  4. Ensure brand consistency across all assets and channels
  • Skills required:
  1. Strong analytical skills (Excel / Google Sheets; basic dashboards)
  2. Understanding of performance marketing metrics
  3. Attention to detail and structured thinking
  4. Ability to convert data into actionable insights

Experience:

13 years in marketing / e-commerce / growth roles (Industry prefernce: Beauty & Personal care)
