- Track campaign performance (sales, ROAS, engagement) and share weekly reports
- Monitor competition, reviews, and basic consumer feedback
- Support new product launches and ensure timely execution
- Ensure brand consistency across all assets and channels
- Strong analytical skills (Excel / Google Sheets; basic dashboards)
- Understanding of performance marketing metrics
- Attention to detail and structured thinking
- Ability to convert data into actionable insights
Experience:
13 years in marketing / e-commerce / growth roles (Industry prefernce: Beauty & Personal care)
