Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Brand Manager in developing and executing marketing and branding strategies for assigned consumer care brands.
  • Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences, competitor activities, and market trends.
  • Analyze market research data and prepare reports to inform brand positioning and marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and recommend creative concepts for advertising, packaging, and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage and coordinate with creative agencies to ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Liaise with media agencies to plan and execute media buys for assigned brands.
  • Monitor and track the performance of marketing campaigns and provide regular reports to the Brand Manager.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of brand extensions and new product launches.
  • Support brand activation through participation in trade shows, events, and influencer marketing activities.
  • Prepare and manage brand budgets in coordination with the Brand Manager.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers for printing of POS materials and BTL activities.
  • Assist the Brand Manager in providing training and development opportunities for the brand team.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in brand management.
