Job Title - Marketing Brand Executive

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Brand Executive to identify, onboard, and manage brand partnerships while executing high-performing marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be skilled in brand relationship management, deal closures, and digital advertising, particularly across Meta and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and onboard new brands and partners aligned with company objectives.
  • Negotiate and close partnership and marketing deals with brands.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and other platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize for ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials and brand content.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure brand satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital tools.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in brand management, partnerships, or digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and other digital marketing tools.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
