Role Description
This is an full time role for a Brand Development Manager.
We're seeking an energetic and strategic Brand Development Manager to lead and oversee brand-building activities, from initial product research and content marketing strategies to sourcing and overall brand management. Relevant on job training will be provided.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Content Marketing
- Plan, develop, and oversee content strategies for social media, blogs, ads, and websites.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality, engaging, and conversion-oriented content.
- Monitor content performance, analyze metrics, and optimize strategies for better engagement and ROI.
Product Research
- Identify market trends and potential products suitable for launch under various D2C brands.
- Conduct detailed market analysis, competitor research, and validate demand through pre-launch testing.
- Prepare comprehensive product feasibility reports to ensure profitable brand expansion.
Sourcing & Supply Chain Management
- Source reliable global suppliers and manufacturers ensuring high-quality products, cost efficiency, and timely delivery using our partner network.
- Negotiate and manage contracts, handle logistics, and maintain effective communication with suppliers using our partner network.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Overall Brand Management
- Manage multiple brands, ensuring consistency in brand voice, image, and messaging across all platforms.
- Coordinate closely with marketing, creative, and sales teams to align on brand strategy and growth objectives.
- Continuously monitor brand performance, customer feedback, and refine strategies to maximize growth and profitability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with internal teams (design, ads, creative, sourcing, ops, support) to ensure cohesive brand execution.
- Provide regular performance updates, insights, and actionable recommendations to leadership.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in brand management, content marketing and willingness to learn (2+ years).
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical skills, and project management capabilities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Passionate, proactive, and capable of independently driving results.
