About the Role

We're looking for a Brand Designer who understands that branding is more than a logoit's a system, a story, and a feeling. You'll lead design thinking from insight to execution, ensuring every visual expression of the brand has intent, clarity, and impact. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, is deeply detail-oriented, and can confidently drive bold, innovative, and cohesive brand identities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end branding and Design projects: from discovery, concept development to design execution and brand guideline creation.
  • Build brand identity systems that are visually stunning, scalable, and rooted in strong strategic rationale.
  • Create impactful logos, typography systems, color palettes, iconography, packaging, and other brand assets.
  • Present concepts clearly and persuasively to internal teams and clients.
  • Collaborate with brand strategists, copywriters, digital teams, and project managers to bring brands to life across touchpoints.
  • Translate brand strategy and market insights into visually engaging and emotionally resonant design solutions.
  • Contribute to and elevate the creative culture at Krayr Media with new ideas, global design inspiration, and constant learning.
  • Mentor junior designers and ensure all brand outputs maintain design excellence and consistency.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 35 years of proven experience in branding, visual identity, or graphic design roles (agency experience preferred).
  • Deep understanding of design systems, storytelling, brand architecture, and how brands are built across media.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, brand strategy application, and versatile design execution.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Figma.
  • Clear understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, grids, spacing, and color theory.
  • Strong presentation and communication skillsable to explain design thinking and rationales confidently.
  • Familiarity with packaging, motion design, and web UI/UX is a big plus.
  • Self-driven, accountable, and passionate about delivering meaningful, high-quality work.
