The OpportunityWe're going through a rebrand, currently we provide revenue growth consulting for scaling businesses ($10M$50M ARR) and are looking to move upmarket..
As we are preparing to move away from the standard tech startup and transition to build a brand that feels like a Modern Institution to convey strategy and structure.
We are seeking a hybrid Design Engineer (Part Brand Strategist, Part Framer Wizard) to execute a total rebrand and build a dynamic, high-conversion website from the ground up.
This is not a static brochure site. We need a living, breathing digital experience that uses motion, physics, and interaction to convey authority and precision without the gimmicky feel.
The Hard Skills & Tech StackWe are looking for mastery in the following areas:
1. Framer Development (Expert Level)
- Deep React/Code Knowledge: Ability to write custom Code Overrides and React components within Framer to achieve interactions that native tools can't handle.
- Component Architecture: Building a scalable design system (text styles, colour variables, reusable components) so the site is easy for our team to maintain later.
- CMS Structure: Experience building complex CMS collections for Case Studies and Insights that populate dynamically.
- Responsive Physics: Mastery of breakpoints. The site must be flawless on a 27 monitor and a mobile device.
2. Motion & Interaction Design
- Scroll-Telling: Experience creating scrollytelling experiences where content reveals, locks, or transforms based on user scroll position.
- Micro-Interactions: Designing hover states, button fills, and magnetic cursor effects that feel heavy and premium.
- Lottie/Rive: (Bonus) Ability to integrate lightweight vector animations for diagrams or abstract data visualizations.
3. Visual & Brand Design
- Figma Mastery: Auto-layout, component properties, and rapid prototyping.
- Vector Geometry: Ability to draw custom abstract iconography (schematics, blueprints, grids) without relying on generic icon packs.
- Typography: A deep understanding of kerning, leading, and pairing classical Serifs with technical Monospaced fonts.
4. Conversion & Strategy
- CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation): You understand why a user clicks. You know how to design sticky headers, strategic CTAs, and trust signals.
- Performance Optimisation: You know how to optimize images and assets so the site hits 90+ on Lighthouse speed scores despite having motion.
5. AI & Vibe Coding
- AI-Assisted Workflow: We encourage the use of Midjourney/NanoBanana for abstract texture generation or Cursor/Replit for generating code components. We care about the result, not the manual labour.
The Scope of WorkPhase 1: The Rebrand
- Develop a new Logo
- Define the Visual Language: Typography (Serif + Mono), Color Palette (Navy, Copper, Industrial Grey), and Graphic Motifs (Grids, Blueprints).
Phase 2: The Framer Build
- Design & Build: Homepage + 34 Core Pages (Services, RevOps, Ai Enablement).
- Motion Implementation: Dynamic alive feel, revealing grid lines and data visualisation animations.
- Mobile Adaptation: Ensuring the premium feel translates to touch devices.
The Aesthetic Direction- Vibe: Premium, Secure, Trusted, Modern, Future.
- Functional: Thought-out Conversion, Compelling Story telling.
- What we want to steer away from: Cartoon illustrations, generic SaaS gradients, template-based layouts, static pages.
