Role Overview

Ruvimo is hiring a Brand & Content Strategist to own and shape everything that goes out under the Ruvimo brand. This role sits at the intersection of brand building, content strategy, and performance marketing, with a strong focus on Meta platforms (Instagram & Facebook).

The ideal candidate deeply understands USA audiences (especially parents), has a strong sense of aesthetics and storytelling, and knows how content influences both trust and conversions. This role is critical because most prospects first see Ruvimo through ads and then validate us via our Instagram presence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Ownership & Consistency

  • Own the Ruvimo brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all content.
  • Ensure consistency across ads, organic content, collaborations, and profile presentation.
  • Maintain a high aesthetic and storytelling bar aligned with a US parent audience.

2. Content Strategy & Execution (Instagram & Facebook)

  • Build and execute a content strategy designed to attract the right ICP (US-based parents looking for personalized tutoring).
  • Oversee reels, posts, stories, captions, highlights, and profile structure to clearly explain how Ruvimo works.
  • Ensure the Instagram page works as a strong conversion-support asset for ad traffic.

3. Performance Ads Creative Direction

  • Collaborate with the performance marketing team to:
  • Review and refine ad creatives and messaging.
  • Decide what content should go out as paid ads vs. organic content.
  • Extract creative insights from ad performance data (hooks, formats, narratives).
  • Continuously iterate creatives based on what resonates with the US audience.

4. Collaborations & Audience Fit

  • Identify creators, influencers, and collaborators relevant to US parents.
  • Evaluate collaborators based on audience quality and alignment, not just reach.
  • Guide collaborators to ensure content remains on-brand and conversion-aligned.

5. Audience Insight & Strategic Thinking

  • Translate insights from DMs, comments, ad data, and audience behavior into better content decisions.
  • Stay updated on content trends in the US market while filtering out low-signal trends that don't fit the brand.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Must-Have:

  • Strong understanding of USA audiences, especially social behavior and content preferences.
  • Very active personal Instagram profile, demonstrating strong content sense and aesthetic judgment.
  • Proven experience handling Instagram & Facebook for a brand.
  • Ability to think both creatively and analytically (brand + performance mindset).
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to protect and evolve brand identity.

Nice-to-Have / Strong Plus Points:

  • UG education in the USA (strong cultural and audience context).
  • Experience in a similar Brand / Content Strategist role at a D2C brand.
  • Prior work with performance-led content ecosystems (ads + organic alignment).
