We're building one of India's most loved Ayurveda-origin beauty brands rooted in authenticity, storytelling, and community.
We're looking for a Brand & Content Manager to lead our brand voice, content strategy, and creative storytelling across digital platforms.
If you love building culturally relevant brands, shaping visual identity, and creating meaningful content - this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Own the monthly content calendar across Instagram and social platforms
- Lead creative direction for shoots, campaigns, and founder-led content
- Write and manage creative briefs for designers, editors, and creators
- Ensure brand voice consistency across all channels and campaigns
- Collaborate with influencers and performance marketing teams
- Track content performance and derive actionable insights
- Support major launches, rebrands, and campaign storytelling
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in branding, content, or social media roles
- Strong writing and storytelling skills in English
- Excellent visual taste and creative judgment
- Experience managing content for growing consumer brands
- Ability to work closely with creators, designers, and marketing teams
- Bangalore-based or willing to relocate
Nice to Have
- Experience in beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or D2C brands
- Familiarity with AI creative tools like Midjourney, Runway, or ChatGPT
- Basic editing or reel creation skills
- Understanding of performance-driven creative content
