We are looking for a Brand Manager, Content & Culture — someone who owns how a brand shows up in the world.
Not P&L. Not trade. Not ATL.
Voice. Content. Creators. Community.
You will work directly with the founders. There is no layer between your idea and its execution.
What you will own
Brand voice & identity The brand's tone, visual language, and personality — across Instagram, packaging, communications, and retail. You set the standard and protect it.
Content strategy & execution An always-on content engine across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn. Platform-native, culturally grounded, not templated.
Creator & influencer partnerships The full creator strategy — identifying the right voices, building genuine long-term relationships, owning execution and impact measurement.
Brand & social video Brief, direct, and deliver brand films and social-first video with production and agency partners. You own the brief and the final output.
Community Build presence in the spaces where the consumer already spends time — interest groups, parenting communities, WhatsApp, social platforms.
Agency & partner management Lead creative agencies and content studios. Write sharp briefs. Maintain high standards. Ensure consistent brand expression across every output.
Cultural intelligence Track cultural conversations, creator formats, and platform shifts. Move fast on moments that matter before they peak.
