Role Overview

As a Brand Communications Specialist, you'll shape how Uniify looks, sounds and feels across every touchpoint. This role blends content, design, marketing, and community engagement into one exciting creative function.

You will write newsletters, design visual assets, run communities, manage social media presence, support Uniify Academy content, create brand collateral and contribute directly to Uniify's storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Content & Visual Design
  • Design handbooks, playbooks, toolkits & guides
  • Create newsletters (content + visuals) for Uniify's Weekly EX series
  • Build high-quality presentations, one-pagers and branded decks
  • Create Canva templates and maintain brand consistency

  1. Marketing & Brand Communication
  • Manage Uniify's LinkedIn presence, including scheduling posts & coordinating campaigns
  • Support email marketing (announcements, EX newsletters, nurture emails)
  • Manage website content whenever needed
  • Design visuals for campaigns, feature launches and product storytelling
  • Create infographics, micro-stories and branded visuals

  1. Community Experience
  • Manage Uniify WhatsApp communities
  • Review member qualifications and approve entries
  • Coordinate virtual and in-person events
  1. Lead & Engagement Support
  • Manage inbound leads from newsletters, posts and campaigns
  • Track marketing-influenced leads and maintain basic dashboards
  • Support webinar promotions, event reminders and engagement workflows

  1. Brand Identity & Systems
  • Maintain Uniify's visual vocabulary, templates & typography
  • Keep all brand documents updated and organized
  • Ensure every output feels premium, consistent & aligned with Uniify's personality

What We Expect From You

  • Strong expertise in Canva (a must)
  • Good writing skills with a clean, simple, human storytelling tone
  • Eye for layout, structure, spacing and visual clarity
  • Ability to convert raw content into meaningful, polished documents
  • Comfortable being the face and voice of community groups
  • High ownership, strong communication, and willingness to experiment
  • Ability to manage multiple creative tasks with a sense of order and calm
  • Someone who enjoys both design and communication equally
