Job Title: Brand Communicator
Role Summary
The Brand Communicator is responsible for engaging with customers, promoting the brand, handling online orders, and driving sales. This role plays a key part in building brand awareness, maintaining customer relationships, and managing the brand's digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Communication & Engagement
Interact with customers via WhatsApp, Instagram, website chat, and calls
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
Build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
2. Sales & Order Conversion
Actively promote products/services to generate sales
Convert inquiries into confirmed orders
Follow up with potential customers to close deals
3. Online Order Management
Handle end-to-end order processing (taking orders, confirming, tracking)
Coordinate with operations/logistics teams for timely delivery
Resolve customer issues related to orders
4. Brand Building & Awareness
Communicate brand values clearly to customers
Maintain consistent brand tone and messaging
Educate customers about products, offers, and brand story
5. Database Management
Maintain and update customer database (leads, buyers, repeat customers)
Track customer preferences and buying patterns
Use data to improve sales and marketing strategies
6. Digital Presence Support
Assist in managing social media interactions (comments, DMs)
Support marketing campaigns and promotions
