Position Summary
At Merlin, the mission is to democratize AIand you'll be the go-to person for all brand-related decisions. This is a hands-on role for someone ready to take full ownership of strategy and execution. From shaping product messaging and running social media to coordinating launches and ensuring digital brand hygiene, you'll be responsible for building a cohesive and impactful brand presence across all channels.
Responsibilities-
Be the internal point-person for all brand decisions aligned with Merlin's mission
Plan and execute social media calendars (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) to grow an engaged community
Craft crisp, benefit-led copy for product surfaces, lifecycle emails, mobile notifications, landing pages, and ads
Keep every public profile (website, app stores, help docs) on-brand and up to date
Coordinate launches, promos, and partnerships across design, product, growth, and support teams
Track reach, engagement, and conversion metrics; turn data into clear next steps
(Nice-to-have) Build journalist relationships, draft press notes, and place Merlin in relevant AI conversations
Requirements-
2+ years in brand management, product marketing, or content strategy
A portfolio that shows you can own a brand end-to-endvoice, visuals, and results
Fluency with AI tools (bonus points if you're big into the latest AI models and wait for OpenAI launches)
