Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Brand Chef in the F&B Production,located in Mumbai. The Brand Chef will oversee and manage kitchen operations, menu planning, food quality, and presentation. Responsibilities include ensuring food safety standards are met, supervising kitchen staff, managing inventory, and developing new recipes. The Brand Chef will also be involved in training and development, coordinating with other departments, and striving for continuous improvement in the culinary offerings.

Qualifications

• Strong culinary skills including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
• Experience in kitchen management, inventory control, and maintaining food safety standards
• Ability to develop new recipes and innovate with culinary techniques
• Proven experience in team leadership, staff training, and development
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage high-pressure situations
• Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is beneficial
• Previous experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry is preferred
