Your Role In The Big Picture
We're looking for a Brand Associate (Brand Ninja) to manage relationships, drive projects, and help turn briefs into momentum across strategy, content, campaigns, and on-ground execution.
What You'll Create & Contribute
- Own client relationships from onboarding to ongoing coordination.
- Manage internal timelines, team deliverables, client social media handles and daily status check-ins.
- Support brand strategy, content planning, and campaign structuring.
- Coordinate with vendors, talent, production teams, and influencers.
- Be present on-ground for shoots, activations, and client reviews when needed.
- Track performance, draft review reports, and support business reviews.
- Represent One MG with clarity and calm across Zoom calls and client rooms.
What Makes You The Right Fit
- 12 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or brand coordination.
- Great with communication, both writing and presenting.
- Background in Visual Communication, Journalism, Advertising, or Media preferred.
- Detail-driven, deadline-focused, and comfortable leading timelines.
- Previous experience in or exposure to a creative/digital/advertising agency is a plus.
- Comfortable travelling for shoots, meetings, and live brand work.
