Role Objective
We are looking for a high-energy, multi-tasking Brand Activation Manager to bring our brand to life in the Jaipur market. You will be the primary lead for orchestrating memorable physical brand experiencesfrom large-scale exhibitions to niche retail store installations. Your goal is to drive brand visibility and customer engagement through seamless execution and strategic coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Retail Store Coordination & Visual Merchandising:
- Oversee brand presence across retail outlets in Jaipur.
- Coordinate with store managers to ensure high standards for brand displays and shelf placement.
- Brief store teams on new campaign launches and provide necessary marketing tools.
- Events & Exhibitions Management:
- Plan and execute end-to-end BTL (Below-the-Line) activities, including roadshows, exhibitions, and mall activations.
- Manage on-site event logistics, including setup, registration, and troubleshooting.
- Develop an annual activation calendar to maintain a consistent brand presence.
- Brand Installations & Logistics:
- Supervise the design and construction of eye-catching brand installations and props.
- Manage the logistics of moving marketing collateral and promotional materials across various locations.
- Ensure all vendor deliverables are on time and meet quality standards.
- Public Relations & Outreach:
- Coordinate with local media and influencers to amplify the reach of on-ground events.
- Identify and secure high-impact locations and partnerships within Jaipur for brand placement.
- Relationship & Vendor Management
- Negotiate with and manage external partners, including local vendors, Fabricators and performers.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales, procurement, and CRM teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Engage with local influencers, community leaders, and distribution partners to drive brand advocacy.
- Reporting & ROI Analysis:
- Track and report on the ROI of all activation activities to senior management.
- Analyze competitor activities in the local market to stay ahead of trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven experience in brand activation or experiential marketing.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or Business Administration.
- Multi-tasking Pro: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with strict attention to detail.
- Logistics Mastery: Strong understanding of vendor management, catering coordination, and venue scouting.
- Local Expertise: Deep knowledge of the Jaipur retail landscape and local consumer behavior.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with marketing analytics.
