Job Description / Responsibilities
- Plan and execute all BTL marketing activities, including events such as roadshows, exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and canopies, as well as promotions through pamphlets, handbills, brochures, and brand/service placements.
- Conceptualize and implement innovative marketing initiatives at regular intervals to enhance brand recall and awareness.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of vendors and agencies to support various promotional activities across assigned regions.
- Plan, manage, and execute BTL marketing campaigns and brand activations within the city.
- Work closely with the City Manager, providing regular updates on campaign progress, execution details, and outcomes.
- Identify and unlock new partnerships and business opportunities in collaboration with the Operations Team and City Head.
Requirements / Skills

- Flexible and proactive individual with the ability to multitask, take initiative, and work effectively under pressure while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- 12 years of relevant experience with hands-on knowledge of BTL campaigns, activations, and campaign operations.
- Basic understanding of general management, including in-house coordination and professional collaborations.
- Sound knowledge of sales and marketing to support the team whenever and wherever required.
- Team management skills with adaptability and flexibility to ensure successful execution of tasks.
- Strong desire for personal growth and overall professional development, with the ability to adapt to the evolving BTL marketing landscape.
