Job Description

Job Description / Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all BTL marketing activities, including events such as roadshows, exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and canopies, as well as promotions through pamphlets, handbills, brochures, and brand/service placements.

  • Conceptualize and implement innovative marketing initiatives at regular intervals to enhance brand recall and awareness.

  • Develop and maintain a strong network of vendors and agencies to support various promotional activities across assigned regions.

  • Plan, manage, and execute BTL marketing campaigns and brand activations within the city.

  • Work closely with the City Manager, providing regular updates on campaign progress, execution details, and outcomes.

  • Identify and unlock new partnerships and business opportunities in collaboration with the Operations Team and City Head.

Requirements / Skills

  • Energetic, versatile, and a creative problem-solver.

  • Flexible and proactive individual with the ability to multitask, take initiative, and work effectively under pressure while maintaining strong attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • 12 years of relevant experience with hands-on knowledge of BTL campaigns, activations, and campaign operations.

  • Basic understanding of general management, including in-house coordination and professional collaborations.

  • Sound knowledge of sales and marketing to support the team whenever and wherever required.

  • Team management skills with adaptability and flexibility to ensure successful execution of tasks.

  • Strong desire for personal growth and overall professional development, with the ability to adapt to the evolving BTL marketing landscape.
