Key Responsibilities:
Brand Activation
- Plan and execute brand activation campaigns (BTL activities, in-store promotions, events, trade activations)
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and external agencies for seamless campaign execution
- Ensure brand consistency and visibility across all touchpoints
- Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI
- Support new product launches through impactful activation strategies
- Manage vendors and agencies, including negotiations and execution timelines
Training & Capability Building
- Design and deliver product and brand training programs for sales teams, promoters, and distributors
- Conduct on-ground training sessions during activations to ensure correct brand messaging
- Develop training materials, presentations, and toolkits
- Assess training effectiveness and identify skill gaps for continuous improvement
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure better conversion through trained personnel
- Working with promoters and training of promoters to drive in-store sales initiative
Technical Skills and Knowledge:
- 3–6 years of experience in brand activation / training / marketing
- Strong execution & project management skills
- Experience in training delivery and facilitation
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Analytical skills to measure campaign & training effectiveness
