We are actively seeking a highly driven and client-focused Branch Wealth Manager to join our client's team through Acme Services. This pivotal role is responsible for the acquisition and activation of Sub-brokers/Partners for Mutual Funds, driving sales targets across various investment products, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship management skills, a deep understanding of investment products, and a proven ability to activate and engage partners to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner Acquisition & Activation: Focus on the acquisition of potential new Sub-brokers / Partners for Mutual Fund (SB & IFA). Crucially, ensure 90% of Sub-brokers (SB & IFA) are Active every month and proactively work on Inactive SBs to make them Active, maximizing partner engagement and productivity.
- Investment Advisory: Provide expert advice to Sub-broker's clients on various investment ideas based on their risk profile, return expectation, asset allocation, liquidity needs, and other suitability factors.
- Sales Target Achievement: Take full responsibility for delivering Mutual Fund (SIP & Lump-sum), Insurance (Life Insurance, General Insurance & Health Insurance) targets, contributing significantly to the branch's financial performance.
- Partner Engagement Programs: Conduct SB engagement programs every month to foster strong relationships, enhance product knowledge, and motivate partners.
- SIP Performance Management: Manage 90% of SIP (Systematic Investment Plan) Registered to Triggered ratio, ensuring high conversion rates and consistent investment flow.
- Service Delivery Excellence: Guarantee 100% service delivery to assigned partners, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively to maintain strong, lasting relationships.

- Strong capabilities in acquisition of new Sub-brokers/Partners.
- Proven ability to activate and manage Sub-broker activity.
- Expertise in advising clients on various investment ideas (risk profiling, asset allocation, liquidity).
- Demonstrable track record of delivering Mutual Fund (SIP & Lump-sum) and Insurance (LI, GI & HI) targets.
- Experience in conducting SB engagement programs.
