Job Description

The Training Manager will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs for banca channel employees to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training sessions for bank staff and relationship managers on insurance products
  • Develop and implement training modules for new hires and existing employees
  • Drive sales productivity through effective training initiatives
  • Identify training needs through performance analysis
  • Coordinate with sales teams to align training with business goals
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate
  • 2–5 years of experience in training (Insurance/BFSI preferred)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Good understanding of banca channel and insurance products
  • Ability to motivate and influence teams
