Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Gwalior for a Branch Trainer. The Branch Trainer will be responsible for planning and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the branch staff. Key responsibilities include conducting training sessions, assessing training needs, developing learning materials, and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives. The role demands a focus on employee development and ensuring team alignment with organizational goals and standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in Training Delivery and Facilitation, Curriculum Development, and Instructional Design
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to plan, organize, and effectively implement training programs
- Proficiency in analyzing training needs and evaluating training outcomes
- Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is desirable
