Job Description

We are seeking a Branch Service Operations Manager to oversee the smooth functioning of a branch, ensuring efficiency and compliance. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team to deliver outstanding customer service while also driving business development through effective sales strategies and cross-selling. This role requires a strong focus on wealth management services, HNI client support, and continuous improvement to enhance customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Branch Operations Management: Oversee the smooth functioning of the branch, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team, providing guidance and support to achieve performance targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Wealth Management Service Leadership: Develop and implement strategies for wealth solutions, focusing on identifying customer needs, recommending appropriate products, and building long-term relationships.
  • Business Development: Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies, cross-selling, and customer engagement.
  • Customer Service: Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing queries, resolving issues efficiently, and raising service requests for HNI clients.
  • Relationship Support: Assist Relationship Managers (RMs) with new account openings for NTB (New-to-Bank) clients and provide support to Affluent and NRI RMs.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and work efficiency within the branch.

Skills Required:

  • Strong experience in branch operations management, including a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Expertise in wealth management services and business development.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a strong focus on HNI clients.
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
