Role Description

As a Branch Sales Manager, you will oversee the sales operations for the branch, lead a team of sales professionals, and implement strategies to achieve targets. Key responsibilities include driving sales growth, managing client relationships, recruiting and mentoring sales staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations. This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Expertise in sales management, client relationship building, and team leadership
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, home finance processes, and related financial services
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in market analysis, strategy development, and achieving sales targets
• Ability to manage and motivate a team to drive high performance
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in a similar role within the banking, finance, or housing finance industry is highly beneficial
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and financial documentation is advantageous
