Job Description

We are seeking a Branch Sales Manager to lead liabilities acquisition and business development efforts. You will be responsible for engaging and onboarding new customers, tracking sales performance, and ensuring all activities are compliant with regulations and internal policies. This role requires a professional who can drive business growth while maintaining a focus on customer engagement and proper documentation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Liabilities Acquisition & Business Development: Drive the acquisition of new liabilities and other banking products to achieve business growth targets.
  • Customer Engagement & Onboarding: Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and successfully onboard them, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Reporting & Performance Tracking: Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all business activities, customer documentation, and onboarding processes are fully compliant with regulatory and internal guidelines.

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in liabilities acquisition and business development within the banking or financial services sector.
  • Strong customer engagement and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and generate reports.
  • A solid understanding of compliance, documentation, and banking regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
