- Achieving sales targets through direct efforts and by identifying sales opportunities for the CASA products by acquiring new customers and building new relationships
- Achieving acquisition and deepening value targets
- Sourcing various liabilities products such as RD, TD MF, LI etc
- Prepare and ensure implementation of sourcing, activation, implementation, coaching and mentoring plan for BDE's
- FTR (First Time Right - CASA AOF)
- Compliance of Regulations and Process Adherence.
