Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing, senior sales professional to join as a Branch Sales Manager-DSA Business.
This is not a conventional branch-based sales role. It's designed for seasoned performers from NBFCs or HFCs who have built deep networks in the Small Ticket LAP & HL segment and thrive as independent business generators.
You will be responsible for sourcing high-quality, profitable Small Ticket LAP & HL Business volumes through DSA.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with DSAs to source high-yield, profitable LAP HL cases.
- Maintain deep market intelligenceknow who's lending, at what price, and in which customer segment.
- Ensure profitable portfolio growth with focus on both Small Ticket LAP & HL (520L) Business.
- Be the single point of accountability for your city's BC business performance.
- Collaborate with KreditVenture's internal credit, operations, and risk teams to ensure smooth execution and partner satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 25 years of experience in retail lending, preferably with NBFCs or HFCs in the LAP, HL / MSME Secured Lending segment.
- Proven track record of individual sales excellence, consistently delivering strong business volumes.
- Deep understanding of local market dynamics and competitionability to identify, acquire, and retain productive sourcing partners.
- Highly networked professionalknows key channel partners, NBFCs and HFCs in the market and their strategy and field-level influencers.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: thrives with autonomy, enjoys building from scratch, and has strong business ownership.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with uncapped earning potential.
