Position: Branch Sales Manager – Sales
Business: Solar & Green Financing
Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
We are looking for an energetic, result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth in the Residential Rooftop Solar Financing segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive solar loan business and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Manage and develop dealer/distributor relationships.
- Build and manage a productive sales team.
- Generate quality business leads and improve conversion ratios.
- Ensure proper customer sourcing and documentation.
- Monitor sales performance and business productivity.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience in sales, preferably BFSI / Retail Lending / Solar Financing.
- Strong dealer management and team-handling skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with strong market knowledge.
- Local market experience in Coimbatore preferred.
