Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Branch Sales Manager role based in Pune. The Branch Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing branch operations, and ensuring excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include leading and motivating the branch team, identifying business growth opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic sales plans. The role will also involve monitoring sales performance, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring compliance with all banking regulations and policies.
Qualifications
- Strong experience and skills in Sales, Business Development, and Client Acquisition
- Proven ability to manage teams and foster teamwork and collaboration
- Knowledge of Financial Products, Banking Operations, and Market Trends
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship Management skills
- Analytical thinking and the ability to use data for informed decision-making
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, along with technical aptitude
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in retail or corporate banking will be an advantage
