Branch Relationship Officer - UCV

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Relationship Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in the BFSI industry.

Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase business growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
• Build and maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.

Job Requirements

• Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry and its regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is preferred.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
