- Portfolio Management: Managing HNI/UHNI relationships, ensuring high-value portfolio growth (80-100 Cr) through personalized engagement.
- Sales and Business Development: Achieving sales targets for liabilities, retail assets, business banking, forex, and credit cards.
- Customer Relationship Management: acting as the primary point of contact for client queries and acting as a trust advisor to provide financial solutions.
- Compliance and Operations: Ensuring timely renewals, managing documentation, and overseeing portfolio hygiene to adhere to bank policies.
- Performance Metrics: Driving Current Account/Savings Account (CASA) acquisition and increasing wallet share.
