Job Description

We are seeking a Branch Relationship Manager - Liabilities to acquire new customers and increase the book size for the branch. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with new and existing clients to generate business and referrals. This role requires a professional who can cross-sell and upsell a wide range of banking products, provide investment advisory services, and offer market feedback on new products and competitor activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management: Acquire new customers and increase the book size. Establish smooth relationships with new and existing clients to generate new business and referrals.
  • Sales & Cross-selling: Cross-sell and upsell all banking products, including liabilities, assets, digital channel activation, and digital wealth management solutions.
  • Investment Advisory: Cater to the investment needs of clients by providing research-based advice. Manage client portfolios and offer them tailored investment solutions. Achieve monthly revenue targets through investment advisory services.
  • Client Interaction: Act as the primary interface for all client queries and work to understand their investment needs.
  • Sales & Service Processes: Promote high-quality sales, supply, and customer service processes.
  • Market Intelligence: Provide market feedback on new products, pricing, and competitor activities to inform business strategy.

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in acquiring new customers and increasing a book size.
  • Strong relationship-building skills to engage with both new and existing clients.
  • Expertise in cross-selling and upselling a variety of banking and financial products.
  • Ability to provide sound investment advisory services based on research.
  • Excellent communication and client-interfacing skills.
  • Experience in gathering and providing market feedback on competitor activities and products.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
