Branch Receivable Officer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Receivable Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with expertise in handling receivables and collections.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage and oversee the branch's receivable portfolio, ensuring timely payments from customers.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to minimize bad debt and improve cash flow.
• Collaborate with the collections team to resolve outstanding issues and reduce delinquencies.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the bank's receivable operations.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving complaints.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, with experience in managing receivables and collections.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
