Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Receivable Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate should have 0-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch's receivables.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Analyze financial data to provide insights on customer behavior and preferences.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of all transactions and interactions.

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Experience working in a similar role within the BFSI industry is preferred.
