Branch Receivable Officer

• Manage and oversee the branch's receivables portfolio, ensuring timely payments and minimizing bad debts.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to improve cash flow and reduce receivables.
• Collaborate with the collections team to resolve outstanding issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Analyze and report on receivables performance metrics, providing insights for business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to receivables management.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Job Requirements

• Strong knowledge of BFSI operations, particularly in receivables management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationship building with customers and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, with excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
