We are looking for a Branch Quality & Compliance Executive to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards at the branch level. The role involves audits, safety training, vehicle & driver induction, stakeholder coordination, and compliance reporting.

Role & Responsibilities
- Quality & Compliance Management: Implement and monitor company-wide quality & compliance standards at the branch level; Ensure adherence to safety protocols, regulatory norms, and internal SOPs; Conduct internal audits and prepare reports with corrective action plans; Ensure timely closure of audit observations and drive continuous improvement.
- Safety Audits & Training: Conduct periodic vehicle safety audits, driver safety assessments, and operational reviews; Plan and deliver safety & compliance training for drivers, fleet partners, and internal teams; Track training completion, effectiveness, and maintain documentation.
- Vehicle & Driver Induction: Manage vehicle induction ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards; Handle driver onboarding including documentation, background verification, and induction training; Ensure 100% compliance with induction checklists and records.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with operations, fleet, customer service, and legal teams; Act as branch SPOC for audits, inspections, and client visits; Address compliance-related queries from corporate or institutional clients.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of audits, training logs, compliance checks, and incident reports; Prepare MIS reports and dashboards to track compliance, quality, and safety KPIs.
