Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Operations Manager located in Varanasi. The Branch Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, managing customer service, and optimizing operational efficiency. Key tasks include managing branch staff, coordinating with headquarters, handling budgets, and implementing strategies for business development. The role also involves monitoring cash flow, risk management, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
