Branch Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all branch operations, including account opening, cash management, and locker maintenance
• Handle queries related to CASA accounts and OD against FD accounts
• Ensure cross-selling of financial products like Mutual Funds and Insurance
• Monitor branch performance and drive bottom-line profitability
• Maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with joint custodians and other branch staff for efficient operations
