Job Description

We are seeking a Branch Operations and Service Manager to supervise all branch operational activities and staff. You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements, overseeing cash handling and transactions, and coordinating with other departments to improve process efficiency and enhance the customer experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily branch operational activities and staff to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee cash handling procedures, transactions, and overall branch security.
  • Coordinate with other departments to gain operational support and streamline processes.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve process efficiency and enhance the customer experience.

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in handling branch operations.
  • Strong knowledge of internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent supervisory and staff management skills.
  • Experience in cash handling, transaction management, and branch security protocols.
  • Ability to coordinate with various departments and drive process improvements.
  • Strong focus on enhancing the customer experience.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Graduation in any stream.
