Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Branch Manager role located in Bhubaneswar. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, leading and motivating the team, managing budgets, and driving the branch's business growth. Key tasks include ensuring customer satisfaction, implementing continuous process improvements, maintaining operational efficiency, and fostering strong partnerships with clients. The role will also involve monitoring market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and contributing to the organization's strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership skills, team management, and the ability to inspire and motivate employees
- Proven expertise in process improvements, cost containment, and production cost reduction
- Experience in industrial automation, factory operations, and emerging trends such as IIoT and e-mobility
- Excellent understanding of industrial automation solutions, including vision systems (3D and 2D), RFID, navigation, industrial networks, sensors, and safety systems
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
- Knowledge of automotive industry trends and a commitment to sustainability
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
