Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Branch Manager for our Water Treatment Sales division in Mumbai. This is a full-time on-site role where you will oversee branch operations, lead a sales team, manage customer relationships, develop and implement sales strategies, and achieve business growth objectives. Key responsibilities include generating leads, creating sales forecasts, conducting client presentations, monitoring market trends, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. The Branch Manager will play a crucial role in driving business performance and maintaining customer satisfaction in the water treatment sector.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills, including a deep understanding of water treatment products and services.
• Experience with water treatment or environmental solutions is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Environmental Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 + years of experience, preferably in sales or management within the water treatment or environmental solutions industry.
• This role involves frequent site visits and candidates should be comfortable with extensive travel
