Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Branch Manager position located in Hardoi. The Branch Manager will oversee all branch operations, including supervising staff, achieving revenue and portfolio quality targets, ensuring compliance with company policies, supporting customer acquisition, and enabling the business growth of the branch. Additional responsibilities include maintaining relationships with stakeholders, conducting risk assessments, training team members, and implementing strategic initiatives to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in financial planning, customer relationship management, and business development
- Knowledge of loan products, microfinance, and the needs of micro and small enterprises
- Ability to assess credit risk and ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, staff, and stakeholders
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to achieve targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Previous experience in banking, financial services, or microfinance is highly desirable
