Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager for our location in the Araria district. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on overseeing branch operations, managing a team, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The Branch Manager will set performance targets, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, build customer relationships, manage resources effectively, and drive the profitability and growth of the branch. Collaboration, problem-solving, and leadership are key facets of this position.
