Achieve planned EBIT / EBT for the Branch on a monthly / quarterly / annual basis

Achieve net revenue on an annual basis

High level of Service

Ensure adherence with statutory requirement comprising of RBI, FEMA and AML guidelines

The Branch Manager is responsible for leading a team, managing branch operations, and driving business growth across Retail, Wholesale, Corporate, and Airport services

Overseeing daily operations and ensuring profitability.

Achieving sales, revenue, and cost targets.

Guiding the team to acquire new business and meet performance goals.

Managing recruitment and team development.

Ensuring compliance with policies and audits.

Building and maintaining customer relationships.

Reporting daily performance and collaborating with senior management.

The role requires strong leadership, sales drive, and operational management to ensure branch success

Good Communication, Excel Knowledge, Stakeholder management, Negotiation Skills, Team Handling is a must
