Location: Bhiwadi, Rajasthan (301019)

Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site

CTC: 20 35 Lakhs per annum

Fixed Pay: 10 15 Lakhs per annum

Incentive: 10 20 Lakhs per annum

Role Overview

We are hiring a Branch Manager for our Bhiwadi, Rajasthan operations. The selected candidate must be willing to relocate to Bhiwadi and take complete ownership of building and scaling the branch.

The core responsibility of this role is to execute and close fresh and resale transactions across residential, commercial, and agricultural real estate. The Branch Manager will actively connect with developers and project owners to onboard new projects and mandates, ensuring a consistent and high-quality deal pipeline.

This is a leadership role that requires the ability to build the team from ground zero, establish strong sales and operational systems, and continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and performance. The candidate will be responsible for leading, training, and mentoring the team, driving accountability, and creating a structured, results-driven working culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and close fresh and resale real estate deals across assigned segments
  • Generate and grow branch-level revenue in line with business targets
  • Take full ownership of the branch, including overall performance and outcomes
  • Be responsible for the Profit & Loss (P&L) of the branch
  • Design, implement, and drive systems and processes so deal execution runs in a structured and scalable manner
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and project owners to onboard new mandates
  • Establish connections with corporates, brokers, and allied companies to expand business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a strong client base of buyers, sellers, and investors
  • Lead, mentor, and continuously train the team to improve skills, productivity, and closures
  • Oversee office setup and interiors in coordination with management
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the branch with high standards of discipline, reporting, and efficiency

Candidate Profile

Strong experience in the same or a closely related real estate field with a proven understanding of market dynamics and transaction processes, complemented by excellent negotiation and leadership skills backed by a consistent record of successful deal closures. The candidate should be comfortable working in a startup environment that demands high ownership and accountability, and be highly self-driven, execution-focused, and result-oriented. Strong business acumen with the ability to build, scale, and streamline operations is essential, while local market knowledge of Bhiwadi and nearby regions will be an added advantage.
