Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, manage teams, maintain client relationships, and ensure service delivery excellence. The role involves implementing strategies for business growth, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for achieving financial efficiency, monitoring performance metrics, and driving customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams
- Experience in soft service operations management, performance monitoring, and deploying business strategies
- Client relationship management skills and the ability to ensure customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in financial planning, resource optimization, and achieving branch-level objectives
- Knowledge of compliance standards, policies, and relevant legal regulations
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Previous experience in facility management, or similar industries is an advantage
