Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to achievebranchsales targets for Gold Loans, Microfinance, and Business Loans.
• Build and manage a high-performing team of loan officers, providing coaching and mentorship.
• Conduct credit appraisals and ensure adherence to all lending policies and procedures.
• Oversee dailybranchoperations, including cash flow management and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and community leaders.
• Visit Pending customers and resolve the repayment effectively
• Responsible for all loan portfolio Including collection and repayments .
• Identify and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally

Qualifications

• Any Degree
• Minimum 4-5 years Experience in NBFC/Gold Loan asBranchManager/ Assistant Manger Position
