Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager - Study Abroad, located in Amritsar. The Branch Manager will oversee day-to-day branch operations, manage and lead the staff team, and implement strategies to enhance the branch's performance in providing study abroad services. Responsibilities include coordinating with students and parents, ensuring client satisfaction, meeting operational objectives, and building relationships with educational institutions and partners.
Qualifications
- Leadership and Team Management: Ability to lead and motivate the team, delegate tasks, and ensure adherence to goals and objectives.
- Client Relationship Management: Proficiency in communicating effectively with students, parents, and educational institutions, ensuring excellent client service.
- Operational Know-How: Experience in overseeing branch operations, setting targets, and meeting business objectives.
- Sales and Marketing: Skills in student enrollment, course counseling, networking, and promotional strategies to drive branch success.
- Problem Solving and Decision Making: Strong analytical skills to assess situations, resolve issues, and make informed decisions efficiently.
- Additional Requirements: Familiarity with the study abroad process, proficient computer skills, and a Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, or relevant field. Previous experience in the education or student service domain is preferred.
