Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Varanasi. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, drive business growth, and manage a team to achieve sales and revenue targets. Responsibilities include developing and implementing business strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, leading a team in customer acquisition and retention efforts, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The Branch Manager will also monitor branch performance, conduct employee training, and provide guidance to team members for achieving organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability in sales, business development, and customer relationship management
- Excellent financial and analytical skills for branch performance monitoring
- Knowledge of banking products and services, particularly in NBFC or retail finance environment
- Experience in developing and implementing business strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment
- Local market knowledge and experience in the Varanasi region strongly preferred
