This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Salem. The Branch Manager will oversee day-to-day branch operations, drive business performance, and lead a team to achieve sales and customer service targets. Responsibilities include implementing branch strategies, managing loan disbursements and collections, maintaining regulatory compliance, building relationships with clients, and ensuring operational efficiency. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities and motivating the team to deliver exceptional performance.

• Strong leadership skills, team management abilities, and experience leading and motivating teams
• Proficiency in loan disbursement, collection management, and customer relationship management
• Knowledge of financial products including secured and unsecured loans, as well as MSME financing
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and operational processes within an NBFC or the financial sector
• Analytical prowess to drive business growth and identify new market opportunities
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in using business and financial software tools
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Experience in managing branches in Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets is an added advantage
