Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in New Delhi. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, manage branch finances, and drive sales targets. Responsibilities include staff management, developing client relationships, ensuring compliance with regulations, and promoting company products and services.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, Team management, and team-building skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Knowledge of financial products and services, including Equity, Currency, and Commodity
• Experience in sales, achieving targets, and business development
• Understanding of regulatory compliance and financial policies
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
• Experience in the securities industry is a plus
